Each has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and laundry, with no interior connection or shared spaces. ACCESSIBILITY Stairs are required to enter the property, including the lower-level guest suite. The units are not connected internally and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. CHILD SAFETY The property is not childproofed and has stairs. Families traveling with infants or young children should plan accordingly and supervise children at all times. DOG-FRIENDLY STAYS Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per stay. HEATING & COOLING Both units have central heating and portable and window ACs for cooling.
